fix: liberar allowedHosts em server/preview para Traefik/Coolify
...
O vite preview (que serve a build de produção no Coolify) bloqueia
hosts desconhecidos por segurança. Sem allowedHosts, qualquer
requisição vinda do proxy retornava 403 'Blocked request'.
allowedHosts: true libera qualquer host — apropriado porque o
Traefik do Coolify já controla o roteamento.

...
Nixpacks escaneia raiz do repo, mas package.json está em app/.
Este config aponta BASE_DIR=app/, usa Node 22, build Vite padrão
e serve via 'vite preview' na porta 3000 (padrão Coolify).
